Meet Jordan Adams

Event Solutions Expert. World traveler, sushi addict, and avid hiker.

Jordan has been on our Event Solutions team since 2013. Check out what he has to say about working at Canadian Outback Adventures & Events.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

I don’t think I could be in sales for anything else. Here we’re either selling fun, or a lasting positive experience for your client company – or both!

What’s it like working on the sales team?

The variety of clients that you work with – whether it’s the admin assistant for a local pet store or the senior vice president for a multinational fortune 500 company… it keeps you on your toes.

Which of the company core values do you resonate with?

"Always be improving." There are a lot of great learning initiatives here, the company is always willing to support new reading material or training sessions. We are in the middle of some great workshops that are helping us personally as people and sales people. It’s just fantastic.

What do you love the most about working here?

I love the transparency and corporate culture. In terms of transparency, the president says “hey this is the direction we want to go in – what do you think?” And is open to feedback as in what should we start doing, stop doing, and keep doing. The culture is very open as well.

"The Canadian Outback Adventures & Events team was fantastic. Jordan did a great job helping me find the perfect event for my group. It was exactly what we were hoping for." ~ Evonik
