Active Employee Engagement is a half-day training program that helps your team develop a variety of practical systems and processes to drive employee engagement within your organization. Your program facilitator will help your group practice each engagement concept, so they understand how to effectively implement them.
The training covers topics such as the current state of employee engagement, how to measure engagement accurately, modern engagement trends and traps, and developing your employee engagement action plan.

In the weeks leading up to your Active Employee Engagement session, your facilitator will contact you and provide a telephone consultation to find out more about your group and what you’re hoping to achieve. The information you provide helps your facilitator tailor the training to cover topics important to your business, and speak in your corporate language.
The program itself is not a “normal” seminar or lecture. Your facilitator will train participants on a series of employee engagement concepts, and then help practice them with interactive exercises and activities. The result is a session that is highly engaging.
Your facilitator will also follow up with a post-training telephone consultation to help ensure your team follows their employee engagement action plan effectively. The phone call is an opportunity for your team to discuss how the engagement systems are working, and get answers to any questions you have.
Pricing for premium, full-service training programs like this one depends on factors such as your group size and preferred event location. For the majority of groups we work with, pricing ranges from $210 to $315 per person. For smaller groups we do have a minimum total investment level of $6,300+. For larger groups we’ll be as flexible as possible to work within your budget. Pricing does not include any venue or location rental fees.
