    How the program works

Before the Confident Decision Making training course begins, your facilitator will set up a telephone consultation to discuss your goals for the program. The information you provide helps your facilitator tailor the training session topics and discussions specifically for your group.

Confident Decision Making is different from regular training programs because your group will have the opportunity to practice making difficult decisions with simulations and team challenges. Your facilitator will reinforce each decision making technique with an interactive element to help engage your group.

A few weeks after the training is complete, your facilitator will also connect back with your group to discuss how well your group has adopted the training, and answer any questions they have.

    Your investment includes

    • Pre-program consultation for customization of learning materials

    • Tailored Confident Decision Making training program
    • On-site professional facilitator
