The training covers topics like: types of conflict behaviour, how to approach conflict in a team environment, and how to model conflict to strengthen relationships. Your facilitator will also tailor the training to cover topics important to your business, and schedule a post-program consultation call to help your team sustain results.

In advance of the Conflict Management training course, your facilitator will set up a call to discuss your goals for the program. Your facilitator tailors the training course to cover information you think will be most valuable for your team.
Conflict Management is a unique training program, because participants will get the chance to practice managing and resolving conflicts with simulations and activities. Each part of the course outline is reinforced with an interactive element to help engage your team.
After the training is complete, your team will also be able to follow up with your facilitator about how the conflict management techniques are working. The post-training consultation call is a key to help make the training last in a more long-term and permanent way.
Pricing for premium, full-service training programs like this one depends on factors such as your group size and preferred event location. For the majority of groups we work with, pricing ranges from $210 to $315 per person. For smaller groups we do have a minimum total investment level of $6,300+. For larger groups we’ll be as flexible as possible to work within your budget. Pricing does not include any venue or location rental fees.
