Embedding Change

You’ve identified a change. You’ve put it in place. Now comes the most crucial part – Embedding Change is about helping your managers sustain change in a long-term way.

  • Develop motivational tools with the Embedding Change program.
  • Learn practical ways to leverage support when Embedding Change.
  • Create strategies to overcome resistance when Embedding Change.

With this program, you will

  • Get practical insight into why change can fail, and how to make it sustainable
  • Learn practical ways to leverage support for maintaining change
  • Develop meaningful strategies specific to your business
  • Practice ways to overcome resistance from internal and external stakeholders
  • Create a practical plan to ensure your change initiative succeeds

The greatest challenge for a new change initiative is making it last. Embedding Change focuses on building ownership, self-leadership, and empowerment within management teams to make sure your organizational changes are long-term.

The program is perfect for companies who have gone through a major organizational change, relating to:

  • Mission or strategy
  • Organizational structure
  • People or company culture
  • Corporate policies or processes
  • Products, marketing, or customer relationships

How do you ensure your teams don't return to "business as usual" after an important change? Embedding Change supports your managers to help them build a leadership mindset in all employees, so they’re willing and able to see the change through.

Program Overview & Features

Embedding Change is customized to your team’s needs and dynamics, to help make specific changes in your business permanent. The program combines experiential learning, positive psychology, practical consulting, and group workshops to develop participants’ innate leadership abilities. The multi-day agenda is fluid, and your consultant will adjust it based on your feedback and the response from your team.

How the program works

Over several days, your management team will work with our consultants to identify how to help generate ownership of the change that has taken place in your business. Using a coaching approach, the program draws on the innate leadership abilities of each participant to help identify and develop a practical strategy to overcome the lure of going back to the way things were.

Through activities and group coaching, your group will better understand their role as "agents of change" and be able to transform front line staff into champions of change. The key to any successful corporate change is making employees feel like an active part of it.
