The Emotional Intelligence Leadership training program focuses on how your communication and actions affect the people around you.


Event Overview & Features

Emotional Intelligence Leadership is a half-day training program that helps your team discover their “Emotional Intelligence” and become more effective leaders. The program facilitator trains participants on self-awareness techniques, and then helps your group practice them with engaging and interactive activities.

The training covers topics like understanding your “Emotional Intelligence”, how to identify your leadership weaknesses, methods to strengthen your “Emotional Intelligence”, and tools to become a more self-aware leader.

    How the program works

    In the weeks leading up to Emotional Intelligence Leadership, your facilitator will provide a telephone consultation to find out more about your group. Your facilitator uses the information you provide to tailor the program for your business, and speak in your corporate language.

    Emotional Intelligence Leadership is not like most other seminars or lectures. Participants learn a series of self-awareness tools, and then help practice using them with fun teamwork activities and discussions. The result is a knowledge-based training session that is both engaging and interactive.

    Your facilitator will also follow up with a post-training telephone consultation to help ensure your team stays aware of their “Emotional Intelligence.” The phone call is an opportunity for your team to discuss how the learning is embedding, and get answers to any questions you have.

For the majority of groups we work with, pricing ranges from $210 to $315 per person. For smaller groups we do have a minimum total investment level of $6,300+. For larger groups we’ll be as flexible as possible to work within your budget. Pricing does not include any venue or location rental fees.
