Three styles of learning and development for leaders, one goal

From hands-on consulting, to experiential learning, to classroom-based teaching, our training programs are focused on one thing: strengthening your group’s leadership skills.

Lead facilitator of our Innate Leaders team, Joe Britto, believes that we are all leaders in our own way.

Each Innate Leaders program is custom-built, from the ground up, to address how your group can best lead themselves, their team, and your business. Sustainable results are achieved through intimate sessions that focus on management and team development, and nurturing the “leader within.”

Kerry Ward, lead facilitator of our Corporate Explorer Training team, is passionate about making your leadership program three things: effective; memorable; and fun.

With Corporate Explorer Training sessions, participants will learn by doing, and get their hands dirty practicing new skills and concepts in an experiential learning environment. Programs are powered by learning objectives, a love of adventure, and the spirit of play. Sessions can focus on cooperation, project vision, management, and/or group dynamics.
