The Power Of Negotiation is a half-day training program that helps your team become more successful negotiators. The program facilitator trains participants on the process of negotiating, as well as best practices. The training covers topics like:

• How to remain in control of your emotions during a negotiation
• Good and bad negotiation habits, and best practices moving forward
• Methods to positively influence the people around you when negotiating

In the weeks leading up to your The Power Of Negotiation session, your facilitator will contact you and provide a telephone consultation to find out more about your group and what you're hoping to achieve. The information you provide helps your facilitator tailor the training to cover topics important to your business, and speak in your corporate language.
The program itself is not a “typical” seminar or lecture. Your facilitator will train participants on a series of negotiation skills, and then help practice those skills with fun group activities and discussions. The result is an effective development session that is both engaging and interactive.
Your facilitator will also follow up with a post-training telephone consultation to help ensure your team is negotiating in the right way. The phone call is an opportunity for your team to discuss how the learning is embedding, and get answers to any questions you have.
Pricing for premium, full-service training programs like this one depends on factors such as your group size and preferred event location. For the majority of groups we work with, pricing ranges from $210 to $315 per person. For smaller groups we do have a minimum total investment level of $6,300+. For larger groups we’ll be as flexible as possible to work within your budget. Pricing does not include any venue or location rental fees.
