Event Overview & Features

An experienced facilitator will keep your team on track throughout this engaging event. Each train will be lead by a stylish locomotive with moving wheels driven by four people. The train will feature a theme that is clearly evident looking at any car on the train. Each train must also feature a caboose that leaves a lasting impression and contains at least four people. There must be enough train cars to accommodate your entire team allowing for every 3-4 people to have their own car. Each car will include some type of dynamic animation when the train is in motion. Your train, and crew will need to successfully navigate a predetermined course as fast as possible in concert. The train will move according to a rhythm or cadence so every car remains connected.

    How the program works:

    A well designed train is a symphony of elements that come together to move large numbers of people with grace, precision and speed. And it's exactly what you're about to do in this unique program! You and your teammates will be constructing your very own train using the materials provided. This train will be operational and shall be capable of containing your entire team as you undertake a journey into nearby spaces. It will have clearly evident personality and style to reflect the unique characteristics of your team.

    It will be vitally important that you work as a group to build your train as you will be judged based on the aesthetic cohesiveness of your design. Your performance as a group will also be judged based on timing and accuracy as you navigate a designated course. Moving together will require great communication and balletic synchronization. A strong team will be able to create and construct a winning train that will lead them down the track to success.

    Event investment levels

    Pricing for premium, full-service training programs like this one depends on factors such as your group size and preferred event location. For the majority of groups we work with, pricing ranges from $150 to $250 per person. For smaller groups we do have a minimum total investment level of $6,300+. For larger groups we’ll be as flexible as possible to work within your budget. Pricing does not include any venue or location rental fees.
