Event Planner Job #1 - The Event Host

Our event planners take on various roles. The initial event planner job many of our event planners start with is acting as an Event Host out in the field, being a critical component of our corporate team building events. Many of our high-level management team started with our company as an Event Host! Being an Event Host as your first event planner job is a great way to integrate yourself into our event planning team.

Event Planner Job #2 - The Lead Host

The next level of event planner job is the Lead Host. As a Lead Host you'd be responsible for the smooth implementation of the actual event on event day. The Lead Host ensures all the resources for the event are in place and ready to go, and is the on-site representative for our company for the client.

Event Planner Job #3 - The Intern

A great way to become a Lead Host with our company is through an internship. This will allow you to show us in person what a great event planner you are, expose you to all the behind-the-scenes event planning job tasks, and prove to us why you should be considered for a more permanent event planner job. Event Planner Job #4 - The Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator is typically either a 6 month contract or full-time position. As an Event Coordinator, you'll be charged with working closely with clients from the moment they decide to work with us to post-event follow-up. One of the great things about an event planner job with our company is the wide variety of events we operate and locations we operate in! Many events will take place in your city and surrounding area, while others will require you to travel to a neighboring city or resort.

Event Planner Job #5 - The Event Manager

Our company operates in a variety of countries throughout North America and Europe. Within these regions is what we refer to as Core Centers. These are the hubs of event planning activity for us, and where all our Hosts, Lead Hosts, Interns and Event Coordinators demonstrate their event planning skills. Typically each Core Center will have an Event Manager. This person is the leader of our team in that region, and along with coordinating events, also assists with the management of all regional event planning team members.
