When it comes to selling, there are certain principles that every good salesperson knows. Listening closely, building trust, and showing value are all important parts of the sales process. But there's also more your sales team can do to sell effectively. The Accelerated Selling training program will help your team refine their sales process with advanced strategies and techniques. Participants will learn how to hone in on their customer pain points, and come away from the program with a practical plan to accelerate results.
Accelerated Selling is a half-day training program that focuses on faster and more effective selling tactics. Your program facilitator will help your group practice each sales technique, so they understand how to effectively implement them. The training covers topics such as:
Your team is passionate and committed to becoming a more effective sales team. They may already have proven selling processes in place, but are interested in developing better sales techniques. They want to become a better resource for their customers, and help their team reach and exceed their monthly targets and goals.
Your facilitator will contact you prior to your Accelerated Selling program to find out more about your current sales process and where you think there is room for improvement. The information you provide helps your facilitator shape the training to cover topics important to your sales team.
The program itself is not a “typical” seminar or lecture. Your facilitator will train participants on sales techniques, and then help practice those skills with fun group activities and discussions. The result is an effective development session that is both engaging and interactive.
Your facilitator will also follow up with a post-training telephone consultation to help ensure your team has been seeing accelerated results. The phone call is an opportunity for your team to discuss how the sales techniques are working, and get answers to any questions you have.
Pricing ranges from $5,000 to $6,300 plus venue expenses for half-day sessions, and $8,000 to $9,500 plus venue expenses for two consecutive half-day sessions, over one or two days. Your sessions can be with the same team or two different groups, and they can cover one or more topics.
Typical group sizes are between 10 and 30 people, however, in the past our team has facilitated sessions for groups as small as four, and as large as 100.
