The Practical Time Management training program can help your team learn how to minimize distractions and make the most of their time at the office.
Confident Decision Making is a fun training workshop for teams who want to make business choices more effectively, both individually and as a group.
Your team makes big decisions every day. Which project will they make the next priority? How will they target the next customer? Who will they pick to join the team? What product will they invest their time in?
The Confident Decision Making program looks at complicated business decisions and trains your team to break them down into bite-sized chunks. Participants learn methods to make good decisions, and techniques to avoid the unconscious traps that lead to bad results.
Confident Decision Making is a half-day training program for teams who want to improve the effectiveness of their choices at work. The program facilitator will train participants on decision making techniques, and then help your group practice them with engaging team activities and exercises. The training covers topics like: traps to avoid when decision making, types of decision making styles, and how to create a decision making matrix.
Your team is passionate about learning and becoming better leaders to those around them. They are in a position that requires decision making, either on an individual level or as a group. They want to discover how to make stronger decisions, and implement them more effectively.
Before the Confident Decision Making training course begins, your facilitator will set up a telephone consultation to discuss your goals for the program. The information you provide helps your facilitator tailor the training session topics and discussions specifically for your group.
Confident Decision Making is different from regular training programs because your group will have the opportunity to practice making difficult decisions with simulations and team challenges. Your facilitator will reinforce each decision making technique with an interactive element to help engage your group.
A few weeks after the training is complete, your facilitator will also connect back with your group to discuss how well your group has adopted the training, and answer any questions they have.
Pricing ranges from $5,000 to $6,300 plus venue expenses for half-day sessions, and $8,000 to $9,500 plus venue expenses for two consecutive half-day sessions, over one or two days. Your sessions can be with the same team or two different groups, and they can cover one or more topics.
Typical group sizes are between 10 and 30 people, however, in the past our team has facilitated sessions for groups as small as four, and as large as 100.
“Well organized and very engaging. In particular, I felt the topic of creating our own personal brand for communication was very helpful and having more tips to deliver impact and not just the content. Thank you to Lyndon and Canadian Outback Adventures & Events. - Black & McDonald (Toronto, ON)
“Excellent, engaging, informative, and enjoyable. Would love another session - awesome! - Saddle Lake Health & Education (Saddle Lake, AB)
“Lyndon, your exercises made the entire session very interactive and really helped to bring the concepts to life. It was completely practical and I can see our North American Executive Leadership team use this learning immediately. We will have you back. - Schüler Group
