By equipping your group with the tools they need to deal with conflict well, employees will no longer feel like they must avoid it, or accidentally jump to the wrong conclusion. Our facilitators help individuals and groups become more productive by teaching key leadership skills in a way that fits your group’s preferred learning style. Each session is typically a half-day in length. Your session will be tailored to your organization, its culture, and the specific outcomes that you are looking for. The program flows through the following stages:
One-On-One Sessions – Your facilitator will work with you to gather data and an in depth understanding of your organization. They will meet with key participants to understand the needs of your group, analyze the information from these meetings, and align the outcomes with your sessions.
Conflict Resolution Session – At your half-day session, your team will learn how to handle conflict in a non-stressful environment. Your facilitator will work directly with your team as they practice techniques that can help keep emotions in check during conflict and strengthen relationships by initiating conflict in a positive way.
Follow-Up – Your facilitator will be available to you and your group after your program to answer any questions you may have about the material covered during your session.
Your team is ready to look inward and improve their ability to initiate and participate in conflict in a way that improves relationships. You are looking for a program that’s not a “typical” seminar or lecture. You want an effective development session that is both engaging and interactive. Your group wants to learn conflict resolution skills, and practice those techniques with fun group activities and discussions.
In advance of the Conflict Resolution training session, your facilitator will set up a call to discuss your goals for the program. Your facilitator tailors the training session to cover information you think will be most valuable for your team. Conflict Resolution is a unique training and development program, because participants will get the chance to practice managing and resolving conflicts with simulations and activities. Each part of the course outline is reinforced with an interactive element to help engage your team.
Pricing ranges from $5,000 to $6,300 plus venue expenses for half-day sessions, and $8,000 to $9,500 plus venue expenses for two consecutive half-day sessions, over one or two days. Your sessions can be with the same team or two different groups, and they can cover one or more topics.
Typical group sizes are between 10 and 30 people, however, in the past our team has facilitated sessions for groups as small as four, and as large as 100.
