In this program, your team will explore how their words and behaviors impact the influence they have on those around them. Through interactive exercises and a series of group discussions, each person will be recognized for their positive feedback, and current level of emotional intelligence. Your group will be left with practical tools that will help them continually improve and develop their own emotional intelligence.

Our facilitators help individuals and groups become more productive by teaching key leadership skills in a way that fits your group’s preferred learning style.
The Emotional Intelligence program will be tailored to your organization, its culture, and the specific outcomes your team is looking for. Your facilitator will analyze the organizational data you provide, and conduct pre-session interviews with key participants to understand the needs that your group has.
The program itself will be a combination of skills training, group discussions, and interactive exercises to develop your team’s emotional intelligence. The session is typically a half-day, and there will be a Q&A session afterwards to answer any questions your team has.
Your team is passionate about learning and becoming better leaders to those around them. They’re looking to increase their self-awareness and improve their relationships with their colleagues. They are interested in learning more about emotional intelligence and bridging their leadership vulnerabilities.
In the weeks leading up to your Emotional Intelligence session, your facilitator will contact you and provide a telephone consultation to find out more about your group and what you're hoping to achieve. The information you provide helps your facilitator tailor the training to cover topics important to your business, and speak in your corporate language.
The program itself is not a “typical” seminar or lecture. Your facilitator will train participants on a series of self-awareness skills, and then help practice those skills with fun group activities and discussions. The result is an effective development session that is both engaging and interactive.
Pricing ranges from $5,000 to $6,300 plus venue expenses for half-day sessions, and $8,000 to $9,500 plus venue expenses for two consecutive half-day sessions, over one or two days. Your sessions can be with the same team or two different groups, and they can cover one or more topics.
Typical group sizes are between 10 and 30 people, however, in the past our team has facilitated sessions for groups as small as four, and as large as 100.
