What We Do

Performance Management Fundamentals is a half-day training program that helps managers lead their teams more effectively. The program facilitator trains participants on performance management techniques, and then helps your group practice them with engaging and interactive activities.

The training covers topics like learning the stages of the performance management cycle, building performance relationships, how to coach effectively, how to give more impactful feedback, and how to inspect and measure performance.

How the program works

Your facilitator will provide a telephone consultation in the weeks leading up to your training, to find out more about what you're hoping to achieve. With the information you provide, your facilitator will tailor the Performance Management Fundamentals course outline to ensure it is relevant and in context for your group.

The training itself is not like a "typical" seminar or lecture. Your facilitator will train participants on performance management skills, and then help practice those skills with fun group activities and discussions. The result is an effective development session that is both engaging and interactive.

Afterwards, your facilitator will connect back with a post-training telephone consultation to discuss how the training is being implemented, and answer any questions your team has.

Investment details

Pricing ranges from $5,000 to $6,300 plus venue expenses for half-day sessions, and $8,000 to $9,500 plus venue expenses for two consecutive half-day sessions, over one or two days. Your sessions can be with the same team or two different groups, and they can cover one or more topics. 

Typical group sizes are between 10 and 30 people, however, in the past our team has facilitated sessions for groups as small as four, and as large as 100.
