With The Power Of Negotiation, your team can learn how to balance fear, adrenaline, and anxiety with strategy, communication, and relationship building. Our team will guide your group through a series of methods and activities to help equip each participant with a practical set of skills, and the ability to protect important relationships throughout a negotiation. Your group will leave the session with a series of techniques and a model to follow for any negotiation.

Our facilitators help individuals and groups become more productive by teaching key leadership skills in a way that fits your group’s preferred learning style. Each session is typically a half-day in length. Your session will be tailored to your organization, its culture, and the specific outcomes that you are looking for. The program flows through the following stages:
One-On-One Sessions – Your facilitator will work with you to gather data and an in depth understanding of your organization. They will meet with key participants to understand the needs of your group, analyze the information from these meetings, and align the outcomes with your sessions.
The Power Of Negotiation Session – At your half-day session, your team will learn how to prepare for and effectively participate in a negotiation. Your facilitator will work directly with your team as they learn and practice powerful negotiation tactics in a non-stressful environment.
Follow-Up – Your facilitator will be available to you and your group after your program to answer any questions you may have about the material covered during your session.
Your group would like to become effective negotiators. You and your team want to foster long-term relationships with your customers or suppliers, while maximizing the return for your organization. You’re looking for a training and development program that’s hands-on with tailored activities to practice your learning. It’s important to your company that negotiations within your organization are constructive and effective.
In the weeks leading up to your The Power Of Negotiation session, your facilitator will contact you and provide a telephone consultation to find out more about your group and what you're hoping to achieve. The information you provide helps your facilitator tailor the training to cover topics important to your business, and speak in your corporate language.
The program itself is not a “typical” seminar or lecture. Your facilitator will train participants on a series of negotiation skills, and then help practice those skills with fun group activities and discussions. The result is an effective development session that is both engaging and interactive.
Pricing ranges from $5,000 to $6,300 plus venue expenses for half-day sessions, and $8,000 to $9,500 plus venue expenses for two consecutive half-day sessions, over one or two days. Your sessions can be with the same team or two different groups, and they can cover one or more topics.
Typical group sizes are between 10 and 30 people, however, in the past our team has facilitated sessions for groups as small as four, and as large as 100.
