What We Do

Productive Feedback & Performance Reviews is a half-day training program that helps teams share feedback in a more positive and impactful way. The program facilitator trains participants on feedback techniques, and then helps your group practice them with engaging and interactive activities.

The training covers topics like preparing to give a performance review, how to structure a review meeting, four methods for delivering feedback, and how to have "tough" performance conversations.

About Your Group

Your team is passionate about learning and becoming better leaders to those around them. They are interested in delivering more productive feedback, either through performance reviews or other conversations with employees. Your team already has strong communication skills, but is looking for better tools to have conversations about career paths, compensation, and “tough” feedback.

How the program works

In the weeks leading up to Productive Feedback & Performance Reviews, your facilitator will provide a telephone consultation to find out more about your group and what you're hoping to achieve. The information you provide helps your facilitator tailor the training to cover topics important to your business, and speak in your corporate language.

The program itself is not a "typical" seminar or lecture. Your facilitator will train participants on productive feedback skills, and then help practice those skills with fun group activities and discussions. The result is an effective development session that is both engaging and interactive.

Your facilitator will also follow up with a post-training telephone consultation to help ensure your team sustains results. The phone call is an opportunity to discuss how the learning is embedding with participants, and get answers to any questions your team has.

Investment details

Pricing ranges from $5,000 to $6,300 plus venue expenses for half-day sessions, and $8,000 to $9,500 plus venue expenses for two consecutive half-day sessions, over one or two days. Your sessions can be with the same team or two different groups, and they can cover one or more topics. 

Typical group sizes are between 10 and 30 people, however, in the past our team has facilitated sessions for groups as small as four, and as large as 100.
