Save time and let us plan a memorable event for your group.
It takes a special kind of team to work effectively with each other and discover the best way to get strong, winning performances out of everyone. Today, that strong, winning performance will lead one group to victory and earn one deserving team the coveted role of ‘The Apprentice’. Your task today is one that has special meaning. You will work with your team to build, customize, and create an ad campaign for a line of children’s bicycles or other quality build items. Today, you can make a child smile. Work hard to accomplish this task, otherwise your team might hear the dreaded words… 'You’re FIRED!’”
Working in teams, groups will actually build, custom outfit, and design an ad campaign for high quality children’s bikes. Once the bikes are complete, teams will present their original, innovative and often humorous ad campaigns. The team with the most creative bike and best presentation will be crowned ’The Apprentice’. A local charity may be available to receive the bikes at the end of the event, or in the following days the bikes will be donated to a local charitable organization.
Modeled after the popular television reality series, "The Apprentice" is a team building event everyone will enjoy, with the benefit going to your team and to a local charitable organization! The Apprentice is suited for any group size and spacious indoor venue. Teams must assemble their bikes with care and bikes will be checked thoroughly by a staff member before this portion of the task is complete. Next, teams will use the decorative materials provided to enhance and customize the build item. This is the perfect chance to be creative, have fun and let your originality shine through. Finally each team will create an original and innovative advertising campaign to sell their custom creation to the judges and their colleagues. This event is designed to build camaraderie in a friendly yet competitive environment. This is a low impact event with little physical activity required.
Activity Level: Low
Event Duration: Two to three hours
Group Size: 25-2,000+
Best Venue: Hotel ballroom or large indoor space
Seasonal: Year round
Your team is looking for a team building event with a little something extra. You want to make a difference in your community and share the experience with your colleagues. You need an event that can happen indoors and with minimal activity. You enjoy a little competition but want to keep the overall atmosphere friendly, inclusive and supportive. Ideally you can mix different people and departments to help spark creative thinking, break down communication barriers and really help your group come together as a cohesive unit.

“I really want to thank you for the great job you all did with our 350-person Apprentice event. WOW!!! I had a debrief meeting today and the entire team thought that the event was a huge success. We're really going to have a lot to live up to the next time around."

“Every aspect of this event was very well organized, even to the point of bringing extra supplies as we did not have an accurate grasp of the actual number of guests attending. This event was part of a 2-1/2 day conference with many moving pieces and this was one part that I didn't have to worry about as your team took care of everything.”

"We know it was not an easy task to accommodate all of our specific program requirements, but your team was completely open, you listened, and delivered on a truly successful custom event. Your group was so professional down to every detail. We have received very positive feedback from our employees and it exceeded our expectations. Hope to work with you in the future!"

“We all enjoyed the experience and felt pride in being able to give the bikes to a worthy organization. The event coordinator was organized and knew how to run the program successfully. Not everyone can keep everyone on track while making it fun, she was a huge part of the success of the event.”
