Save time and let us plan an effective and memorable event for your group.
The reality TV world is filled with sweet shows and delectable drama all about desserts. Our enjoyable culinary event, Cake Creators, has proven to be popular and effective with many of our corporate clients. Can you imagine your accounting department decorating cakes? Can you picture your manager piping out frosting? This is a delicious culinary team building experience designed to bring diverse groups together in a competitive yet supportive environment.
Teams will have limited time to discuss their concept and submit their design before the clock starts and the teams begin to create their cakes. Once the time had elapsed, the team of judges will evaluate each cake against a strict set of criteria. The team which has the highest score at the end of the event will be declared the champion Cake Creators. Once the awards have concluded, teams will get to have their cake and eat it too when everyone gathers together to share in the fruits of their labour. You can share your sweet success to those in need as cakes can also be donated to local food banks or charitable organizations after the event.
The key themes this event focuses on are creative thinking, communication and team interaction all during a fun, morale building experience. Cake Creators is suited for any group size and indoor venue such as a hotel, resort, meeting room, or office. Our version of this enjoyable indoor team building event will provide your teams with the skills and supplies necessary to design and decorate amazing cakes in a friendly yet competitive environment. Recreate your company logo, a key product within your business, or other custom themes to suit your event. We come to you and modify the program to your venue or location requirements. This is a low impact event with little physical activity required.

Your team is looking for a sweet twist to the standard team building event. You need an event that can happen indoors and with minimal activity. You enjoy a little competition but want to keep the overall atmosphere friendly, inclusive and supportive. Ideally you can mix different people and departments to help generate new ideas, break down communication barriers and really help your group come together as a cohesive unit. You want to have your cake and eat it too.

“We really liked the creativity, the abundance of supplies (I never felt that we couldn't try something because we didn't have enough). I also liked that I was learning something - in this case cake decorating. We were able to step outside of the box and stretch ourselves. We demonstrated that even though we are competitive we are also supportive and appreciative of each other in our endeavors.”

The idea of creating the menu as a team with the supplies provided and using the secret ingredient in every dish was a great idea.
