Canadian Outback Adventures & Events provides conference planners like you with a wide selection of fun and effective conference ideas and team building activities to complement your conference and meeting plans.

You have a big annual conference coming up, and you’re searching for the perfect conference networking activity to complement the meetings you’ve planned. We’ve designed exciting and effective conference engagement activities to easily insert into your conference itinerary and venue, regardless of where you’re meeting. They either take place right on-site, or start and finish at the convention venue. Our conference group activities are fun, interactive, entertaining, and a great way for your conference attendees to get to know each other.

We'll learn as much as possible about your group, consider the conference schedule, then make recommendations for which activities will work best for the delegates. Many of our hosted team building activities can be condensed into shorter ice-breaker or networking style events. These activities allow the delegates to connect and interact with each other, building relationships and breaking down barriers before getting down to business.

The Wild Goose Chase event is perfect for multi-day conferences and conventions as the game can take place over several days. Attendees can work in partners or teams, complete fun and interactive challenges and see the scores updated live on the mobile app. Create customer challenges to drive delgates to a sponsorship booth, or engage in specific learning and educational opportunities. Our Amazing Chase can do double duty for groups visiting a new city for the first time and provides the chance to explore the sights or visit local attractions.

Event Investment Levels

Pricing for our premium, full service events varies depending on several factors. The main ones being your group size, your preferred event location and your chosen event date. For very small groups we have minimum investment levels of $2500-$3500+ depending on location and event specifics. For large groups of 100+ we are very good at providing you with a great event solution within your budget. Please contact us for a custom quote for your group.
