The Drum Café is a unique and highly memorable experience that will set a high energy tone for the whole meeting and create an excellent group atmosphere. A team of master facilitators and musicians entertain and teach the group how to play to the same beat and how to make music as a group. Why Drums? Drums and drumming are a great way to break down barriers, create common ground and teach people the value of listening and learning together.
Companies are made up of different rhythms; those rhythms may be various departments such as sales, marketing, administration, development, accounts, operations or management. Drumming is an exercise in non-verbal communication and effective listening skills and helps to reduce barriers of age, culture, language and gender.
