#1. Leaders at a food manufacturing company strategize to double their revenue

The senior leadership team at a food manufacturing company wanted an outside perspective. Their objective was to double their revenues over a five-year period, but they had some strategic challenges that seemed to make that target unreachable.

The team brought in our facilitators for a Leading From The Top consultation. Our facilitators isolated the two problems the leaders were facing – unreliable reporting, and quality from their production teams. Through a series of coaching exercises and interactive workshops, our facilitators were able to help them develop action plans to overcome their challenges.

By the end of the program, the teams had a completely redesigned reporting tool, and improved leadership methods to hold their production teams more accountable. Two months later, the senior leaders reported back their departments were now able to produce more than they could sell.


#2. Senior partners at an accounting firm revamp their leadership style

The senior partners at an accounting firm all agreed their traditional structure and approach to leadership wasn’t working. They weren’t focused or aligned, and their middle managers were becoming frustrated with a lack of communication.

Our facilitators recommended a series of structural changes to their leadership, and developed a Leading Change program to help them make the transition.

The program was a success. The senior leaders were able to open up the lines of communication between their various levels of leadership, and create buy-in from the middle managers. Since then, the company has made even more positive changes – including regular joint meetings with leaders at all levels of the company.
