“During our Corporate Castaways event it was wonderful to have everyone actively involved. There was a mix of strength, logic, trivia, and strategy, which created balance in the teams and in everyone’s participation. Since this event brought associates from 11 Milestones locations together, it was a great opportunity to create a social setting for networking. I had feedback that people were afraid of the term “teambuilding” (eg. do I have to close my eyes and fall backwards?) but throughout the day, everyone agreed that it was a great event, a lot of fun, and they trusted each other without feeling pressure. If I may quote Mastercard, I would say the experience was priceless.”
