• The Elaho rafting trip is approximately 5 hours round trip from our base in Squamish
• 7 -9 hours round trip if you are coming from Vancouver or Whistler
• Class 3-4 rapids with a few calm sections of class 1-2 along the way
• Includes a snack midway and a full BBQ meal after the trip (Vegetarian available)
• We provide full wet suits, spray jacket, booties for your feet, life jacket and a helmet

Not into whitewater rafting? If some of your crew don't want to whitewater raft, we have many other adventures available nearby that they can enjoy while the rest of your staff are out on the river. Ask us for details about our far more gentle Cheakamus Rafting trip, bungee jumping, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing and more. The Rafting Adventure

The exhilarating rafting adventure starts and finishes at our fully-equipped adventure base in the Squamish Valley, a gorgeous 1 hour drive from Vancouver and Whistler. Although the trip features numerous big Class 3-4 rapids on the Elaho and Squamish rivers, it's still suitable for everyone, including those with little or no rafting experience.

The time spent on the river feature lots of big waves crashing into the boats and what’s been voted as Canada’s best rafting scenery. Our talented team of professional river guides will teach you the skills necessary to maneuver through exciting Class 3-4 rapids including the challenging “Devil’s Elbow” section, used for Mark Burnett's 1996 Eco-Challenge Adventure Race. Depending on water levels, you may have the chance to swim through rapids and showcase your sense of balance in some of your guide's amusing challenges. You don’t need to have any previous rafting experience or any special skills to fully enjoy this trip. All participants will be required to sign a waiver and permission form prior to the trip.

Apres Raft

Following your rafting adventure, we’ll take you back to our fully-equipped adventure base where you’ll be able to change back into your own clothes and enjoy our deluxe Outback BBQ meal. Some of you might want to relax in the sun, while others will want to challenge their friends to a game of bocce, volleyball or frisbee. This is a great opportunity to chill out with your coworkers in the great outdoors!

Squamish Sunwolf Cabin Rental Discount Pricing

Experience nature on your doorstep! Our Squamish cabin site is an unspoiled haven, nestled at the confluence of the Cheakamus and Cheekye Rivers on 5 acres of grassy woodland. 

Our estate has a combination of trees, open lawn and garden areas, all with amazing views of the snow-capped Tantalus Mountains. You can make use of our lawn games, volleyball net, group fire pit, horseshoe pits and hot tub, all of which are found on site.

From any of our riverside cabins you can be lulled to sleep by the relaxing sound of water flowing by. Our ten cozy cabins are each over 300 square feet, and feature vaulted ceilings, handmade pine furniture, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces and en-suite shower rooms.  Each cabin is equipped with a table and chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, towels and linens.  Five of our cabins also have a kitchenette, with a small fridge, sink, two burner hot plate, toaster oven, pots, pans and settings for three people. With a double bed and a single day bed, each cabin can sleep 3 individuals.

Transportation

Whether you're coming from Whistler or Vancouver, getting here is easy! If you need expert help in making your arrangements, just get in touch with one of our friendly raft staff at 1-800-565-8735. Once you've confirmed your reservation we'll send you easy directions for where to meet us.

For groups requiring transportation there are various affordable options available including Greyhound bus scheduled service to Squamish. Or ask us for a custom quote on chartering your own private van or bus.

If you're staying in Whistler and don't have a car, transportation from select locations in Whistler is included. We pick up in Whistler one hour prior to your tour departure at the following locations only. Fairmont Hotel or Four Seasons Hotel in the Upper Village, Whistler Gateway Taxi Loop in Whistler Village, and Legends at Creekside. Limited availability. Advance reservations are required and space is limited.

If you're staying in Vancouver, we have various very inexpensive transportation options available including a return downtown Vancouver hotel pick up service for just $35 + tax per person. This pick up service is only available for our 10:00am Elaho departures. We also suggest rental cars and easily accessible Greyhound bus scheduled service. For groups we have cost-effective van and bus charter services available. Contact us for a quote.

River Rafting Cancellation Refund Guarantee

For bookings made outside of 7 days prior to departure, a river rafting cancellation refund guarantee can be purchased at the time of booking for $10 per person + tax. This guarantee allows you to cancel your rafting trip up to 24 hours in advance of your departure and still receive a full refund. Without the rafting cancellation refund guarantee this adventure is non-refundable within 7 days of departure, 2 weeks non refundable for group bookings of 10 or more.

COA reserves the right to adjust or cancel any rafting itinerary or trip in the event of adverse weather conditions, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. Under these circumstances, we will do our best to provide you with alternate departures or a full refund.
