Following numerous requests from our corporate clients, Canadian Outback Adventures & Events has designed an authentic challenge-based team building event. These 9 engaging challenges combine with ceremonies and a variety of custom locations to provide your group with a premier corporate team building and employee development & training solution. Anyone can participate as no special skills, athletic ability or experience are required.
"Corporate Castaways was a fantastic experience for our entire company and we will be talking about it for many years. Everyone had a great time and it was more fun than we expected (and our expectations were very high after the Amazing Chase from last year!). The challenges were very well designed, safe and could be completed by any tribe member. They really taught us how to work together very rapidly and use each other’s ideas to come up with better ways to save time and effort on the challenges."
  
Groups from 8-1000+ can participate at once. Groups are split into tribes of 4-10 people with tribal names taken from various First Nations groups. Each tribe's goal is to complete the various challenges as effectively as possible. Challenges such as Blind Leading the Blind, Triage, Squamish Scramble, and Buried Treasure test strategy, communication, and other essential business components. Physical skill is not a focus.
With the results in, the torches lit, and the music getting louder and louder, the Host is ready for the awards presentation. One by one the torches are extinguished as tribes are eliminated from contention. One final torch remains lit; the medals are then presented to the winning tribe.
