 X-Games Outdoor Team Building

The X-Games course will test the strength, skill, creativity and teamwork of your group. Teams compete head to head in a multitude of timed challenges and activities with the aim of finishing with the best possible overall score. Following an extensive interview to determine the make-up of your group, the activities and challenges will been specially chosen to ensure a multi-faceted, active, competitive and refreshingly different experience for the whole group. The challenges are all designed to get teams working together both physically and mentally, and to highlight individual and team strengths.
Course inclusions vary by location and season. A sample course for the winter months at a ski resort could include:
- Opening Ceremony
- Team Flag Creation – Starting with a blank flag, teams create their own identity and team logos challenging their opposition to get the competitive juices flowing.
- Snowshoe Biathlon – Each team will need to navigate their way through a target shooting course on snowshoes.
- Snow Hockey – Using sticks and a ‘snow-puck’, groups go head to head in this no-holds-barred team-based showdown.
- Rock Climbing – A timed, outdoor competition that puts two teams head to head in a climbing challenge.
- Toboggan/Strongman Competition – In this challenge it’s brawns over brains in a test of strength and endurance.
- Buried Geocache – In this challenge each team will need to utilize GPS units and decipher the clues, both physical and cerebral, to open the locked box and retrieve the cache.
- Closing Ceremony
