The Crystal Lodge is pleased to offer a large variety of accommodation choices to meet the needs of each individual, group or family. From our comfortable traditional hotel rooms, to our newly renovated Deluxe Rooms, we have what you are looking for in your Whistler vacation.

Looking for extra room or some added luxury? Spoil yourself with a loft room, Junior Suite or one of our Luxurious 2 or 3 Bedroom Suites. All of our rooms are non-smoking and air-conditioned, with complimentary coffee and tea service, a small refrigerator and hairdryer. Many include a fireplace, full kitchen and balcony. Please ask about our dog-friendly rooms, to complete the needs of the entire family.

Crystal Lodge Whistler Room & Suite Description

Traditional room: 2 doubles or 1 king bed, coffee maker, hairdryer, small fridge, full bathroom, table and chairs – seats two (picture shown below).

Deluxe Studio: 2 queens or 1 king bed with sitting area and pull out queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave and fridge, in room safes and bathrobes. (picture shown above).

Lofts Suite or 1-Bedroom Suite: 1 king or queen bed, pull out queen sofa bed in living room area, fully equipped kitchens, bathrobes, in room safes and 2 bathrooms. Flat screen TV's and IPod docking stations.

2-Bedroom Suite: Twins/king in master bedroom, queen in second bedroom, queen sofa bed in living area, full kitchens, gas fireplace, balcony, 2 bathrooms. Flat screen TV's and IPod docking stations.

3-Bedroom Suite: King bed in master, twins/king in second bedroom twins in third bedroom, queen sofa bed in living area, full kitchens, gas fireplace, balcony and 2 bathrooms. Flat screen TV's and IPod docking stations.

Policies & Procedures

• Rates are per suite and do not include 15% Hotel taxes, taxes subject to change
• Children 17 years and under stay free when accompanied by a paying adult(s) ( over 21 years of age) in the existing room. Cots are not available.
• An additional charge of $20.00 + tax per person per night will apply to guestrooms with additional guests.
• A 2 day cancellation policy will apply for summer bookings.  Reservations cancelled or shortened within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
• A 30 day cancellation policy will apply for winter bookings. Reservations cancelled or shortened within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• There is no refund for early checkouts, late check-ins, and no-shows.
• Rates are subject to availability
• All winter reservations are subject to a 2 night minimum stay except Dec 24th - Jan 1st which is a min 4 night stay. (please call if you would like to stay less than 3 or 5 days and we may be able to assist you)
• Check in time 4:00 PM & Check out time 11:00 AM.
• All guests are responsible for their own incidental charges.
• Parking fees $20.00 (Subject to change) per vehicle per night plus applicable taxes.
• A credit card is required at the time of booking.
• Payment via Crystal Lodge.
• Black out dates 22nd September 2012, (all traditional and deluxe rooms)
• & 2nd June 2012, for all traditional and deluxe rooms
• Traditional, Deluxe, Loft and 1-Bedroom rates are based on single & double occupancy. The 2-Bedroom suites are based on 4 persons sharing and the 3-Bedroom suites are based on 6 persons sharing.
